On one level, we serve the immediate community in which we are located. This includes the Weeke, King's Somborne, Harestock and Teg Down districts of Winchester and the immidiate area.
On another level, as one of the churches in the Winchester, Eastleigh and Romsey Methodist Circuit, we serve all of Winchester and its surrounding area and many of our members come from this wider area.
However, our principal focus is on our immediate community.
We support the Winchester Churches Nightshelter (The Winchester Beacon) and the Winchester Basics Bank.
In addition to working with the other churches in the district, Wesley and King's Somborne Methodist Church is happy and willing to be involved with community organisations. In addtion to the Wesley groups meeting in the Young People and Community sections, also meeting at Wesley and King's Somborne Methodist Church are:
Triangle Pre School with children from two years old, meeting Monday - Wednesday and Friday in term time from 8.30am.
